For enthusiasts of muscle cars, 2023 will be a sad year as it will be the last year for the Dodge
Challenger and Dodge Charger before they switch from V8 engines to EVs.
It has been confirmed that the 6-speed manual transmission will be returning to the SRT Hellcat along with its coveted "Last Call" line of automobiles.
Due to problems with its powertrain calibrations, Dodge first withdrew the manual transmission in November 2021.
Thankfully, the muscle car will once more have a manual transmission before the V8 engine makes its final appearance.
Future customers may face some other intense rivals who are eager to obtain a "Last Call" model, and finding one with a manual transmission will undoubtedly make obtaining one even more difficult.
